Ella Khon

Ella Kohn was born in Jerusalem, Israel, in 1990. She served in the IDF as a Military Photographer and her experiences during her military service inspired her in creating her short thesis film: “Who Sank Your Ships?”.

Ella holds an MA in Film Studies from the Steve Tisch School of Film and Television, Tel Aviv University. She currently works as an editor and is developing her first feature film, which is also based on her experience in the military.
